The 2026 Royal Rumble premium live event included a lot of shocking moments. The Men’s Royal Rumble match included some big names, and it was a full card. That being said, Finn Balor didn’t get in the match.
Finn Balor is currently at odds with WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce. He addressed his lack of a Royal Rumble match spot with Pearce during RAW a few weeks ago, and he was told that he wasn’t in it.
After the 2026 Royal Rumble concluded, Finn Balor went into demon mode on X. He sent out a slew of posts throwing shade at WWE for disrespecting him. Balor especially made a point to throw Adam Pearce under the bus.
“I starting to realize I don’t get enough respect around here…” Balor posted. Then he followed it up by posting a photo of Adam Pearce with a caption saying: “… primarily from this man, @ScrapDaddyAP.”
The third post that Finn Balor sent out said, “But things aren’t always straight forward … I’ll find a way.” It seems that Balor isn’t going to let this situation get him down.
Adam Pearce is no stranger to in-ring action. He is a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, and so is RAW General Manager Nick Aldis for that matter. That being said, WWE has authority figures on the main roster who can handle business.
Only time will tell if Adam Pearce and Finn Balor ever get in the ring with each other. This could be the planing of seeds for an interesting match as we start the road to WrestleMania. Only time will tell how this storyline progresses from here.
