Trenesha Biggers—best known to wrestling fans as Rhaka Khan—has officially been arraigned in New York following her arrest on July 25.
The former TNA Knockout pled not guilty to multiple trespassing charges and is now remanded to Rikers Island until her next court appearance on August 4. Biggers was initially scheduled for arraignment the evening of her arrest, but the hearing was delayed and held the following morning. She has been assigned a public defender to represent her in the case.
According to court records, Biggers is currently facing three charges stemming from the incident at a Midtown Manhattan apartment building. Authorities claim she refused to leave the premises after being previously served with an eviction notice.
The current charges include criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal trespass in the third degree, and simple trespass. If convicted, she could face jail time ranging from 15 days to up to a year, along with potential fines and other penalties.
Originally, Biggers was also facing a second set of more serious charges, including a Class E felony for property damage over $250, but that case is no longer listed in court records as of this update.
The NYPD took Biggers into custody without incident at the scene after tenants reportedly contacted law enforcement to report her presence in violation of a court-ordered eviction. TMZ previously reported that there had been ongoing issues with Biggers at the residence, and neighbors had complained about repeated disturbances.
This latest arrest adds another layer to Biggers’ ongoing legal troubles. She still has an active bench warrant in Texas on serious charges including aggravated kidnapping and interference with child custody. In 2023, she filed a bizarre 171-page lawsuit accusing over 500 individuals and organizations—including fellow wrestlers and celebrities—of conspiracy, a case that was swiftly dismissed.
Once a promising star who worked with the likes of Scott Steiner and Booker T during her time in TNA, Biggers hasn’t wrestled since 2011. Her post-wrestling life has unraveled in the public eye, and now the legal spotlight is locked firmly on her as she remains behind bars.
