Gujarat Titans (GT) have officially announced the names of the players that they have retained and released ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 mini auction.
November 15 was set as the deadline by the Indian Premier League (IPL) governing council to share the list of retained and released players, and all the franchises made their decisions public on the same day.
Before the IPL 2026 Retention day, the Gujarat Titans (GT) became a hot topic of discussion after it was reported that they had talks with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to trade the young spin-bowling all-rounder Washington Sundar.

Meanwhile, the IPL 2022 champions have released Dasun Shanaka, Mahipal Lomror, Karim Janat, Gerald Coetzee, and Kulwant Khejroliya. Apart from that, they haven’t made any major changes to their squad, having retained their core players.
