It’s been over a month, but BYU Basketball’s back at the Marriott Center Saturday night to play the UC Riverside Highlanders.
The BYU Cougars return to Provo boasting a 8-1 record on the year. They are 4-0 in home games. BYU last played on Tues. Dec. 9 at Madison Square Garden in New York, where they defeated the Clemson Tigers in absolutely shocking fashion. A 22-point comeback in the second half and a buzzer beater by Robert Wright III secured a 67-64 victory.

UC Riverside, out of the Big West, has a 5-5 record and are 3-4 in away games. The Highlanders most recently played a week ago at Cal Poly. UC Riverside won by a final score of 88-84.
BYU and UC Riverside have played each other twice in the past, with BYU having the 2-0 series edge. ESPN’s Matchup Predictor gives BYU a 98.7 percent chance of winning Saturday’s game.
