After last weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series playoff race at Martinsville Speedway, four more drivers were eliminated from competition, establishing the final four racers who will compete in the championship final on Sunday to end the 2025 season. The Championship 4 racers competing at Phoenix Raceway this weekend are Denny Hamlin, Chase Briscoe, William Byron and Kyle Larson. While Hamlin and Briscoe had already secured their spots in the final, William Byron fought his way in by nabbing a victory at the Xfinity 500 at Martinsville. Larson, who finished fifth at Martinsville, earned his spot with a narrow 7 point margin, edging out his next-closest competitor, Christopher Bell.
