We’ve got a local college hoops doubleheader Monday at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Boston College and the University of Connecticut will square off for a pair of exhibition games at the home of the Mohegan Sun, with both schools’ women’s teams playing at 2 p.m. ET, and the men tipping off at 7 p.m. ET.

It should be an exciting day of basketball, as the UConn women are fresh off their 12th NCAA title under head coach Geno Auriemma. The Huskies project as the No. 1 team in the country entering the 2025-26 season as well, with guard Azzi Fudd and forward Sarah Strong leading the way.
The UConn men, meanwhile, are No. 5 in KenPom’s preseason rankings and will be eyeing another deep run in the NCAA Tournament under head coach Dan Hurley after bowing out in the second round in 2025.
