Impa Kasanganay got a much-needed win at 2025 PFL World Tournament 10 to snap his first losing skid with the promotion. But it didn’t come easy.
Kasanganay (19-6) had to work hard against Andrew Sanchez (14-9) before getting a finish at the 4:31 mark of Round 3 in the light heavyweight bout Thursday at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
Sanchez wasn’t happy with the referee’s decision to step in after he got dropped face-first to the mat before somewhat recovering, but his protest meant nothing and Kasanganay was awarded the win.
