The Indiana Fever finished the season 24-20 and were eliminated in the semifinals by the Las Vegas Aces.
They were hit with the injury bug, losing Caitlin Clark, Sydney Colson, Sophie Cunningham, Aari McDonald and Chloe Bibby for the season. One of the players who stepped up in their absence was forward Aliyah Boston.

Boston averaged 15.0 points, 8.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game while being named an All-Star for the third time.
On Friday, after Boston was named a member of the All-WNBA Second Team, Fever general manager Amber Cox reacted to the news.
“Big guard! What a year for AB,” Cox said. “Incredibly proud of this amazing player and person!”
This is the first time Boston has been named to the All-WNBA team. Boston was also named to the WNBA All-Defensive Second Team.

She just wrapped up her third season after being drafted first overall by the Fever in 2023.

Boston played her college basketball at South Carolina, where she won a national championship and won the John R. Wooden Award.
She’ll return to the court this winter as she gets set to play in the second season of the Unrivaled three-on-three league.
Last season, she played on the Vinyl BC and averaged 5.9 points and 5.0 rebounds per game.
Meanwhile, Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell has been named to the All-WNBA First Team. With their selections, Mitchell and Boston become only the second Indiana Fever duo in franchise history to earn All-WNBA honors in the same season. The other two are Tamika Catchings and Katie Douglas, who achieved this in the 2009 and 2010 seasons.
