The Indiana Fever have been extremely successful over the past several games, winning five straight matchups before they face the Los Angeles Sparks.

Indiana has defeated several top teams and has even made their mark on their rival, the Chicago Sky, during the WNBA’s longest current win streak.

As the Fever look to extend their win streak and keep their foot on the gas when facing the Sparks, several fans in the WNBA community turned their attention to social media.

On Monday, Brittney Griner shared several photos of herself and her family, with an encouraging message during the WNBA season.

“Let’s run July back,” Griner said.

Upon the release of the post, Indiana Fever forward Brianna Turner, took to social media, sharing her thoughts on the post from Griner.

Brianna Turner is a veteran in the WNBA, having previously played with Brittney Griner during her time with the Phoenix Mercury. Turner played for the Mercury from 2019 to 2023.

She’s currently playing in her first season with the Indiana Fever, averaging 0.4 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game.

Turner also spent one season with the Chicago Sky after her stint with Griner and the Mercury (2024).

Brittney Griner is playing in her first season with the Atlanta Dream.

Griner played for the Phoenix Mercury for 11 seasons, having led her previous team to an WNBA title. Throughout her first season with the Dream, Griner has posted 10.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game.
