The Iowa Hawkeyes are officially bowl eligible! After a 41-3 trouncing of the Minnesota Golden Gophers, the Hawkeyes punched their postseason ticket by earning their sixth win of the year to move to 6-2 overall with a strong 4-1 mark in Big Ten conference play.
The question for the Hawkeyes is just how high they can climb in the bowl game pecking order. Should Iowa keep playing like they have been, the Hawkeyes could ascend into the upper echelon of bowl games as they have done in this week’s projections, which show them getting projected to bigger bowl games against stronger opponents.
