Iowa (4-0) enters a big week fresh off a pair of dominant in-state victories over Drake (100-58) and at Northern Iowa (74-41).
The Hawkeyes enjoyed freshman center Layla Hays notching her first career double-double in the win over Drake. Then, as Iowa rolled past Northern Iowa, sophomore guard Chit-Chat Wright led the way with 19 points.

After two more lopsided wins, Iowa climbed in the newest USA TODAY Sports women’s basketball coaches poll. Iowa jumped up three spots to No. 20 nationally.
Joining the Hawkeyes as fellow Big Ten squads inside the newest top 25 rankings are No. 3 UCLA, No. 6 Maryland, No. 9 Michigan, No. 11 USC and No. 25 Michigan State. Ohio State slipped out of the top 25 after a 100-68 loss to No. 1 UConn.
The Buckeyes remain in the receiving votes category and are joined by fellow Big Ten members Washington with 41 points, Minnesota with 19 and Nebraska with three.
Iowa will square off against No. 10 Baylor in the WBCA Showcase in Orlando, Fla., from inside State Farm Fieldhouse on Thursday night at 8 p.m. CT.
