Iowa women’s basketball schedule updated with new TV, streaming info

As excitement for the 2025-26 Iowa women’s basketball season continues to build, more details about Iowa’s schedule have emerged.

In the initial reveal of tipoff times and TV designations, Iowa’s schedule slated the Hawkeyes to appear on nationally-televised outlets 16 times (Big Ten Network, Fox, FS1, NBC) and to be shown on subscription streaming services on 11 occasions (BTN+, Peacock, ESPN+). Three dates were still to be decided.

Now, fans can plan for Iowa’s Nov. 20 date against Baylor at 8 p.m. CT to air on ESPN2 and its Nov. 22 contest against Miami (Fla.) at 7 p.m. to stream on ESPN+. The Hawkeyes’ annual rivalry date at Iowa State on Dec. 10 will be broadcast on ESPN and tips off at 6 p.m.

Iowa’s dates against Baylor and Miami (Fla.) are part of the WBCA Showcase in Orlando, Fla.

As Iowa enters head coach Jan Jensen’s second season at the helm, the women’s college basketball world will certainly get familiar with the Hawkeyes through their number of televised games.

Iowa has an exhibition date on Oct. 30 against Ashland scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT and then opens the regular season on Nov. 3 against the Southern Jaguars at 6:30 p.m. CT. Both games will take place at Carver-Hawkeye Arena and will stream on Big Ten Plus (subscription required).
