The superstar freshman at BYU is just beginning his college basketball career. But he’s already been a top recruit, which brings its own attention, and he’ll likely soon be an NBA star, its own brand of spotlight.
Along the way, there will be attempts to gain notoriety off of Dybantsa’s name.
That already appears to be happening with a viral post on X that’s proclaiming a Dybantsa suspension that doesn’t exist.
Is AJ Dybansta suspended?
No, AJ Dybansta is not suspended.
The concept has arisen from a viral post on X put out by the account @ScottHughesCBB:
That isn’t real news. It hasn’t been reported by any of the major college basketball insiders, and it would be huge breaking news if there was any truth to it.
