The July 22 episode of WWE NXT went down in a big way, with a special venue. This week’s location was the 713 Music Hall in Houston, Texas. Naturally, the brand gave fans a few reasons to tune in.
Jacy Jayne shocked the pro wrestling world at Slammiversary when she became a double champion after pinning Masha Slammovich to win the TNA Knockouts Title. This week on NXT, Jayne was around to rub it in even more.
Fatal Influence was alongside Jacy Jayne as she made her way out in Texas. Their segment went down about thirty minutes into the show.
Fans chanted “Jacy two-belts” at her as she started. Jayne then said that she runs women’s wrestling, which isn’t “bad for a third wheel.” She then proclaimed that she did this without any support, which her stable didn’t seem to appreciate much. Jayne then continued to call herself a history-maker until Lash Legend came out to interrupt her.
Legend said that Jacy is at the top right now, but her downward spiral will be very fast. Before Lash could make too much of a point, Jaida Parker came out to state her case. Jacy told her Fatal Influence pals to attack Parker and Legend, but they didn’t. Then Jacy led the charge to attack, but Fatal Influence was driven out of the ring as Parker and Legend stayed in the ring arguing about who will face Jacy Jayne next.
