MIAMI – MMA Junkie is on the scene and reporting live from Friday’s Netflix boxing event headlined by Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua.
Paul, the 28-year-old YouTuber-turned-professional boxing, will face unquestionably his most dangerous challenge in the ring when he meets two-time unified heavyweight champion and former Olympic gold medalist Joshua in a heavyweight bout scheduled for eight, 3-minute rounds. The fight, which serves as the Netflix event’s headliner, takes place at Kaseya Center.

The Paul vs. Joshua event also features Alicia Baumgardner defending her super featherweight IBF, WBO and WBA championships against Leila Beaudoin. Also, a pair of former UFC champions will do battle in the ring when Anderson Silva takes on Tyron Woodley in a cruiserweight bout.
The nine-fight lineup begins with prelims at 4:45 p.m. ET, which stream on the Most Valuable Promotions YouTube channel. The main card starts at 8 p.m. ET and streams on Netflix, available to anyone with a Netflix subscription.
