NXT’s July 29 episode was a very interesting one for fans. That being said, you never know when Joe Hendry may come back.
During NXT this week. Tavion Heights faced Charlie Demsey once again in an attempt to leave the No Quarter Catch Crew. If Heights could beat Charlie, then he would be out of the NQCC, but that wasn’t the whole story.
Midway through this match between the two stablemates, NXT’s screen went to something else for a split second. They played Joe Hendry on the screen for a very quick moment as he did his turn.
The commentary team no-sold this appearance from Joe Hendry. At this point, you never know when he may appear once again if someone says his name.
WWE kept showing Joe Hendry throughout the broadcast, so this was not a one-off mistake. They even had a Hendry turn drop-in placed into the NXT North American Championship main event match.
Joe Hendry could be coming back to get a piece of Trick Williams, as he still wants the TNA Wrestling World Title. Only time will tell what happens next, but Hendry’s appearance during this match was certainly unexpected.
