Deion Sanders’ Colorado football staff changed dramatically during the offseason. No longer is it a bunch of his buddies and Pro Football Hall of Famers that might not actually be great football coaches.
Now, it is football diehards who love the grind of coaching and preparing college athletes for the pros. One of those new breed of coaches is tight ends coach Josh Niblett.

Niblett has been a star of the winter strength and conditioning program, giving a passionate speech on the first day of workouts about getting “better.”
Earlier this week, Niblett was captured once again showing his coaching chops. This time, the former high school head coach was firing up his players during agility drills and spotting players in the weight room.
Before joining Sanders’ staff, Niblett won 281 games and seven state championships as a high school head coach in Alabama and Georgia.
He will be tasked with unlocking a tight end unit that was severely underutilized last year, despite having a talented player like Zach Atkins leading the way.
