Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s WWE futures just took a major turn — both have officially been moved to the alumni section of WWE’s website, signaling their deals have run out.
The pair’s contracts were set to expire as of midnight on August 10, and now it appears the clock has hit zero. This comes after weeks of swirling speculation about whether WWE would lock them down with new deals.
Just days ago, Kross was still speaking publicly about the uncertainty. While promoting his book Life Is Fighting on The Angle Podcast, the former NXT Champion made it clear that much of what’s been written about their contract status was wrong.
“I hope so (Scarlett & I could be back on WWE Raw). I see things being written online right now, specifically today. A lot of what I read is not true. I hate to disappoint people but I don’t wanna bullsht. But, I hope so. I hope we do come back.”
WWE has yet to make an official statement, and neither Kross nor Scarlett has publicly addressed being moved to the alumni section. Whether this marks the true end of their current run or just a temporary contract gap remains to be seen.
Do you think this is the end for Karrion Kross and Scarlett in WWE, or could they still make a surprise return? Drop your thoughts in the comments.
