Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s time in WWE could be coming to an abrupt end — and it might happen in just a matter of days.
According to a report from Fightful Select, neither Kross nor Scarlett are backstage at tonight’s WWE Raw and they aren’t planned for the show. Behind the scenes, a WWE higher-up has indicated that both of their current contracts are set to expire this weekend, and so far, the company has not put any new deals in front of them.
What makes the situation even more unusual is that the pair reportedly haven’t been told that their contracts are about to lapse. That leaves a lot of uncertainty about what WWE’s plans for them actually are — if there are any at all.
If no agreements are reached in the coming days, Kross and Scarlett will officially hit free agency, opening the door for other wrestling promotions to make offers. Ringside News will continue to provide updates on their WWE status as it become available.
Do you think WWE is making the right call by letting Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s contracts run out, or should they lock them down before the weekend? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
