Lady Vols basketball ranked top 20 after four SEC wins

Tennessee (12-3, 4-0 SEC) basketball will return to action on Jan. 18. Alabama will host the Lady Vols at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Tipoff between the Lady Vols and Crimson Tide is scheduled for 2 p.m. EST. The contest will be televised by SEC Network.

Tennessee has recorded wins against East Tennessee State, UT Martin, Belmont, Middle Tennessee State, Coppin State, Stanford, Winthrop, Southern Indiana, Florida, Auburn, Mississippi State and Arkansas, while losing to North Carolina State, UCLA and Louisville during the regular season.

The latest USA TODAY Sports women’s basketball coaches poll was released on Tuesday. The Lady Vols are up two spots and are ranked No. 20.
