No. 22 Tennessee (8-3) will host Florida (12-3) Thursday in a SEC opener for both schools.
Tipoff between the Lady Vols and Gators is slated for 2 p.m. EST at Food City Center (SEC Network+).
Thursday will mark the 64th meeting between the two SEC schools. Tennessee has a 58-5 record in previous games in the all-time series, dating to the 1979-80 season. Tennessee first played Florida on Feb. 8, 1980 with the Lady Vols defeating the Gators, 118-44, in Knoxville.

Tennessee holds a 26-2 all-time record against the Gators in Knoxville.
The two teams last played on Feb. 23, 2025 with the Lady Vols prevailing, 86-78, in Gainesville, Florida. Tennessee has won the last four games versus the Gators. Florida last defeated the Lady Vols on Feb. 3, 2022, earning an, 84-59, victory.
The Gators’ other wins in the series were on Jan. 21, 1997, Feb. 26, 2006, Feb. 8, 2009 and Jan. 7, 2016.
