Veteran forward Lamar Stevens has signed with Paris Basketball in France. Stevens finished last season with the Memphis Grizzlies. He’s also played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics during his five-year NBA career.
Stevens appeared in 17 games for Memphis last season. He averaged 4.4 points and 2.2 rebounds in 9.1 minutes per game. The Grizzlies renounced the free agent rights to Stevens as part of the process to clear cap space this summer.
The 6-foot-7 forward is joining Paris Basketball after they made it to the EuroLeague postseason in the first year in the league. The club also won the top-level domestic league in France last season.
