Linda Noskova, 21, is using her offseason for some very kind purposes as the world No. 13 is volunteering at a Czech school that is mostly attended by orphans and kids who do not come from financially stable backgrounds.
After finishing as runner-up to Belinda Bencic in the Tokyo final, Noskova's season didn't there since she also agreed to help the Czech Republic in the Billie Jean King Cup Play-offs. And the world No. 13 helped her nation secure a place in next year's Billie Jean King Cup qualifiers after she won both of her singles matches during the play-offs week.
Instead of picking a luxurious spot for a vacation, Noskova decided to first to do some charity work in her home country.
Noskova: Where are volunteer, there are orphans, kids without money or home…
"It is all very different obviously. Here at the school where I volunteer, there are kids- orphans, no family, no money, no home. There are around 300 kids here with around 6 teachers. Imagine the chaos. It is incredibly sad to realize that they will probably never be as fortunate as I was as a kid, although my childhood wasn't' any rich lifestyle either. That's why I spend as many hours per day with them as possible, and try to teach them a bit of something along the way as well," the top-ranked Czech female tennis player wrote in an Instagram Story.

Noskova established herself as one most talented player on the Tour this year, and the 21-year-old Czech will start the 2026 season enjoying a career-high ranking of No. 13 in the world.
