by

The complete athlete line-up for the 2025 Hyundai Archery World Cup Final in Nanjing (China) has been revealed.

Chinese archers Zhang Xinyan (compound woman), Ding Yiliang (compound man) and Kao Wenchao (recurve man) join the roster as host-nation representatives.

They join defending circuit champion Li Jiaman and second recurve women’s qualifier Zhu Jingyi in the five-strong team from China.

Several stage winners from Korea, including five-time circuit champion Kim Woojin, Lee Gahyun and reigning Olympic Champion Lim Sihyeon have withdrawn from the event due to domestic obligations. However, newly crowned World Archery Champion Kang Chaeyoung and Tokyo superstar An San will represent archery’s leading nation’s recurve interests at the season finale.

Brady Ellison returns for his 14th Archery World Cup Final in 2025.

He missed the event for the first time since 2010 last season, has won it five times in his career (for the last time in 2019) and collected 10 individual podiums.

Archers qualify for the season finale by winning a stage of the circuit or by accruing enough points with high finishes to sit near the top of the World Cup Ranking. Stages were held in Central Florida (USA), Shanghai (China), Antalya (Türkiye) and Madrid (Spain) in 2025.

The 2025 Hyundai Archery World Cup Final takes place on 18-19 October in Nanjing (China). The match draw, which determines the quarterfinal bracket, is scheduled for Thursday 16 October.
