Hadley went for 13 points on 5-for-7 shooting (1 for 3 from 3-point range) and a game-high nine rebounds across 21 minutes, 25 seconds during the No. 10 Cardinals’ lopsided win over South Carolina State in Monday’s season opener.
The 6-foot-6 native of St. Paul, Minnesota, was the only member of Pat Kelsey‘s 2024-25 roster to start every game of the season. He averaged 12.2 points on 51.8% shooting (38.1% from 3) in addition to leading U of L in rebounding with 7.3 per contest.
Some good news: Kasean Pryor is expected to play against the Tigers on Thursday after sitting out for nearly a year due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, according to a report on X, formerly Twitter, from The Field of 68’s Jeff Goodman.
The 6-foot-10 forward last saw game action Nov. 29, 2024, when he went down early in the second half of Louisville’s loss to Oklahoma in the Battle 4 Atlantis championship.
