LSU football could add another wide receiver out of the transfer portal. Andy Jean took an official visit to Baton Rouge on Thursday, per a post to his social media account.
This is Jean’s third stint in the portal. He signed with Florida as part of the 2023 recruiting class, playing in five games with six catches for 97 yards across two seasons. He spent the spring of 2025 at Pitt before transferring to Arkansas in the second transfer window.

With the Razorbacks, Jean played in five games. As a redshirt junior, he caught one pass for 21 yards against Notre Dame. His final snaps of the season came against the Tigers, who came away with a 23-22 win, on November 15.
Per Rivals’ Industry Rankings, Jean was a four-star prospect as a high school recruit from Miami, FL. He ranked No. 61 at his position and No. 73 out of Florida. The Arkansas roster page lists him as six-foot-one and 189 pounds.
Should Jean end up at LSU, he would be the tenth wide receiver signed out of the transfer portal. Head coach Lane Kiffin made the group a priority upon his arrival to Baton Rouge.
