BATON ROUGE – One of the Southeastern Conference‘s top scorers is paying a visit to the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Monday night.
Florida and sophomore sensation point guard Liv McGill are in town to face No. 6 LSU women’s basketball in an SEC showdown. The game is slated to start at 6 p.m. and can be seen on SEC Network.

LSU’s star guards Flau’jae Johnson, Mikaylah Williams and MiLaysia Fulwiley will matchup with McGill, who currently ranks in the SEC in scoring at 23.4 points per game.

The Tigers (18-2, 4-2 SEC), winners of their last four straight SEC games, have played against the league’s leading scorer and lost to Vanderbilt and sophomore star Mikayla Blakes, 65-61, on the road a couple of weeks ago.
Kim Mulkey’s team is playing better during its current stretch — as it’s garnered wins over then No. 2 Texas at home and then No. 12 Oklahoma on the road.
