VANCOUVER – Things couldn’t have gone better for Manon Fiorot on Saturday.

The former UFC title challenger picked up a quick KO win over top contender Jasmine Jasudavicius on the main card of UFC Fight Night 262 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Fiorot (13-2 MMA, 8-1 UFC) only needed a 74 seconds to put away Jasudavicius (14-4 MMA, 8-3 UFC) and bounce back from her championship loss to Valentina Shevchenko in May.

“I made a lot of adjustments in my training camp, my training partners and my coach, but yeah, absolutely it was a perfect scenario for me,” Fiorot said speaking to reporters at the UFC Fight Night 262 post-fight press conference.

But the win wasn’t the only thing that made Fiorot happy. She also made major changes by moving her training camp from France to Tristar in Canada, and she feels the changes played a major part in her victory.

“I’m very disappointed every time I lose, but I think I made a good change and a good adjustment in my life and training camp. Tonight is a result of a good change,” Fiorot said.

Wanting to get back into the title picture, Fiorot is hoping to capitalize on her quick win and develop some momentum in the UFC women’s flyweight division. She hopes to get a quick return to the octagon.

“To be honest, I don’t care. I just want to fight as soon as possible,” Fiorort said when asked about any specific opponents. “Whoever the UFC chooses for me, I’ll take the fight.”
