Kennedy Blair had a perfect shooting night from the field and was part of a balanced attack that helped the Michigan State women’s basketball team bounce back from its first loss of the season.
Blair had 16 points while helping the No. 25-ranked Spartans roll to a 90-46 road victory over DePaul on Sunday, Dec. 14.

Blair was 6-for-6 from the field and added seven rebounds and five assists, while isaline Alexander added 15 points and seven rebounds off the bench for MSU (9-1).
Grace VanSlooten added 14 points, Rashunda Jones had 13 points and Jalyn Brown added 11 points off the bench.
The Spartans played their third straight game without starting guard Theryn Hallock but had Ines Sotelo and transfer Sara Sambolic make their season debuts in the victory. Sotelo was returning from a foot injury.
MSU led 21-13 after the opening quarter before breaking things open by owning a 25-11 edge in the second quarter.
Shakara McCline had 12 points to lead DePaul (3-9).

The Spartans are idle until returning to action on Sunday, Dec. 21 against Indiana State in their opening game of the Cherokee Invitational.
