Michigan State has named their captains for the upcoming season, naming seniors Abbey Kimball and Grace VanSlooten as captains for this team.

VanSlooten is entering her second season with the program, after transferring from Oregon. In 2024-25, she played in 31 games, starting 23, while being first on the team in scoring, averaging 15.5 points and adding 7.3 rebounds per game.

Kimball is a four year player with the program as a guard, averaging 5.3 points per game over her career.
