Kellie Harper’s first season as Mizzou’s coach is approaching.
Missouri women’s basketball will open the 2025-26 season, and its first campaign with a new head coach since 2011, with a game against Central Arkansas on Monday, Nov. 3, at Mizzou Arena. The season-opener is scheduled to tip off at 6:30 p.m. and will stream live on SEC Network+.

Harper, previously the head coach at Tennessee and Missouri State, was hired to replace long-time head coach Robin Pingeton in March, rejoining the coaching ranks after spending a season away from the sidelines and as an analyst on SEC Network.
Mizzou has not been in the NCAA Tournament since 2019, and the Tigers face an uphill battle to end that streak in Harper’s first season at the helm. Missouri suffered a stunning exhibition loss to Division-II Maryville on Tuesday, Oct. 28.
The Tigers have eight newcomers, including seven transfers, on the roster for this season. Mizzou’s group of returners includes standout wing Grace Slaughter and point guard Averi Kroenke.
With the new era set to begin, here is Missouri women’s basketball’s full schedule for the 2025-26 season:
