MJF has now claimed that he genuinely exposed himself during a scene from Happy Gilmore 2.
While speaking to Casuals with Katie Nolan, MJF was asked about a scene in Happy Gilmore 2 that featured a lot of nudity, specifically whether it was his real backside or a stunt double. He confirmed that it was actually him and shared a behind-the-scenes story from filming.
The Salt of the Earth explained that he’s a very aggressive performer, so when the crew told him to drop his pants for the scene, he went all in without hesitation. He dropped his pants completely, exposing everything.
MJF assumed the camera would only catch him from behind, but he didn’t realize there would be some accidental front exposure. Because of that unexpected “danglage,” the scene had to be reshot.
“Here’s the deal. That’s my tuchus. Here’s a good little Happy Gilmore story. So I’m a real aggressive guy, okay? So when they said, ‘MJF, we need you to drop trou in this scene,’ I took that very seriously.
So I dropped trou—full anus. But to my knowledge, they were only gonna catch it from the back, not the front. What I didn’t realize was there was gonna be some danglage. So anyway, we had to reshoot it.”
MJF portrays the role of one of Adam Sandler’s sons in Happy Gilmore 2 and it’s clear he had a blast filming the movie, since even Adam Sandler gave him a ton of praise as well. Regardless, we’ll have to see how the film turns out once it releases on July 25th.
