– Top 10 Players Headline West Coast Based Event –
PHOENIX – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced today the field of teams and game schedule for the 2026 Panini Hoophall West, an annual high school basketball showcase now in its 13th year. The event will be held at Skyline High School in Mesa from Thursday, January 1 to Saturday, January 3, and is once again joined by the Nike Tournament of Champions. Panini Hoophall West will feature an eight-team tournament, a six-team round-robin style showcase, and four Nike Elite Youth Basketball League Scholastic (EYBL) games.

The Panini Hoophall West continues to evolve giving fans in the Valley another year of high-level matchups they won’t find anywhere else. We’re proud to once again partner with the Nike Tournament of Champions to celebrate another great weekend of high school basketball in the Phoenix area and promote the game of basketball at the highest levels as part of our mission at the Naismith Hall of Fame.”
Marquee high school games for 2026 include Millennium (AZ) vs. Texas Military Institute (TX), Arizona Compass Prep (AZ) vs. SPIRE Institute (OH), and Arizona Compass Prep (AZ) vs. CIA – Bella Vista Prep (AZ) and Phoenix St. Mary’s (AZ) vs. Sierra Canyon (CA).
A full game schedule can be found below. All games will be broadcast again in 2026 with games being shared by NBA platforms and BallerTV. The full broadcast schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
In addition to Panini, who announced a multi-year partnership to be the title sponsor of Hoophall Classic and Hoophall West yesterday, other sponsors of the event include Nike, Grand Canyon University and Gatorade. The Hall of Fame has partnered with the Nike Tournament of Champions for this event in the 2025-26 season. The field of teams for the Nike Tournament of Champions will be released at a later date, but is expected to feature 100+ high school teams from around the country.
