Chase Elliott on renewed excitement heading into the NASCAR playoffs
NASCAR Cup Series driver Chase Elliott said the regular season can get long and drawn out, making the playoffs something to look forward to.
- The 2026 Cracker Barrel 400 NASCAR Cup Series race will take place on May 31 at Nashville Superspeedway.
- The race will maintain its 6 p.m. CT start time and will be broadcast on Amazon Prime Video.
Start time for the Cracker Barrel 400 NASCAR Nashville race at Nashville Superspeedway will remain the same on May 31 in 2026 as it was this season, NASCAR announced on Nov. 12.
The green flag for the 300-lap race will drop at 6 p.m. CT with the broadcast also remaining the same on Amazon Prime Video.
The weekend will begin with the NASCAR Craftsman Series race on May 29 at 7 p.m. CT on FS1, followed by the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race on May 30 on The CW at 6:30 p.m..
“There’s nothing quite like racing under the lights in Nashville, and having all three of our races televised in primetime is another great step forward for Nashville Superspeedway and for our fans,” said Matt Greci, general manager of Nashville Superspeedway, in a release. “Our summer weekend has become a staple on the NASCAR calendar and these start times and broadcast partners will help us continue to share that energy and atmosphere with our community and beyond.”
The 2025 Cracker Barrel 400 was won by Ryan Blaney.
