Nebraska football offered class of 2027 three-star edge defender Ohmai Ozolua on Wednesday afternoon.
Ozolua is ranked as a three-star prospect in the 2027 class from Romeoville, Illinois. He is the 37th overall defensive lineman and the 2027 class, and the 11th overall player in his class from the state of Illinois, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. Iowa, Iowa State, Michigan, and Nebraska have all extended an offer to him.

He currently has 20 tackles and a sack in eight games, along with a pass deflection, per statistics from Maxpreps.com.
Currently, the 2027 Nebraska football recruiting class ranks fourth in the nation per the Rivals Industry Rankings. The class itself has four commits in total and ranks first in the Big Ten.
The Huskers have been busy in the Illinois and Chicago areas for the 2027 class. It’s clear that they want to focus on this particular area, and there is certainly talent to be had.
