Noche UFC is in the books, and fighters have received medical suspensions as a result of their various injuries.
Thursday, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) released a full list of suspension durations that stemmed from Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 259 event at Frost Bank Center in San Antonio.
Two fighters received indefinite suspensions, including Sedriques Dumas, who received a fight-ending low blow in the opening minute against Zachary Reese. The strike not only ended the fight, but landed Dumas on a stretcher.
Light heavyweight Dusko Todorovic also received an indefinite suspension after his quick dismantling of Jose Medina. However, TDLR does not release injury specifics, so it’s unclear what damage was done.
Check out a full list of TDLR-issued medical suspensions below. It’s important to note fighters are eligible to return prior to the end of the duration if they are cleared by a physician.
