Notre Dame football finally gets its 2025 season underway, after watching plenty of chaos on Saturday’s first full weekend of college football.
The Irish enter the year with extremely high expectations, many believe that they will be participating in the College Football Playoff for the second-consecutive season. We won’t know if that will be the cause until further into the campaign, but as of right now, that is the goal.

Anticipation building
In just a few hours, the Irish will be back on the field, chasing down the ultimate goal, winning a title. Plenty of anxious energy for all of us, and rightfully so with a tough opponent in Miami. Hopefully Hard Rock Stadium will be as hospitable as it was for the Notre Dame last year in the CFP.
