In the recent exhibition match in Peshawar, Babar Azam, while batting for Peshawar Zalmi, was left bamboozled by the 47-year-old former spinner Saeed Ajmal, who was bowling for the Legends XI.
After being snubbed from Pakistan’s Asia Cup squad, Babar Azam agreed to feature for the Peshawar Zalmi XI in the exhibition match against Pakistan Legends XI, organized in order to raise funds for the people affected by floods.
Babar was snubbed from the Asia Cup squad after weak performances over the season and his low strike rate, which disregarded him as a credible T20 cricketer. Mike Hesson later clarified that Babar would have the BBL to prove his calibre in the shortest format of the game.

Babar Azam gets bamboozled by Saeed Ajmal
In the match against the Legends XI, Peshawar Zalmi came in to bat in the first innings of the game. Babar Azam, alongside the other opener, Yasir Hameed, came in to open the innings.
Skipper Babar was seen playing the Legends bowlers with ease, as the two had already scored 68 runs in 5.4 overs until Babar Azam got dismissed.
In the second-to-last ball of the power play, Babar faced Saeed Ajmal after he hit a six off the legendary spinner in the fourth ball of the over. Ajmal tossed the ball up while Babar missed on the sweep shot, and the ball went on to clip the middle stump off.
He went on to score 41 runs off 22 balls before he was dismissed by the legendary spinner.

Young Fan breaches security to meet Babar at Peshawar
Though Babar has not performed greatly in recent times, he has still not lost his stardom, as many are still fans of his stunning cricketing genius, which he has been showing over the years.
Babar is one of the best cricketers to have played for Pakistan in recent times, as the cricketer has often drawn comparisons with the legendary Virat Kohli. He is also the second-highest run-getter in T20 international cricket.
A young fan was spotted breaching the security at the Peshawar ground as he rushed in to meet with his favourite cricketer. Babar walked back to the pavilion after being dismissed, while the boy rushed in to meet the cricketer.
