It was only a week ago that Penn State football fans couldn’t get a seat inside Beaver Stadium without skipping a car note or taking out a small loan for the White Out contest against Oregon.
As the Nittany Lions prepare to travel across the country to face UCLA, fans considering the trip could buy around seven tickets for the price of one.

The get-in price for Penn State’s Saturday afternoon game against UCLA range from $47 to $63 depending on the ticket platform of choice. While the excitement has taken a serious hit after the double overtime loss to the Ducks, the low ticket prices are most related to the poor play of the opponent.
UCLA (0-4, 0-1 Big Ten) is in bad shape after firing head coach DeShaun Foster and quarterback Nico Iamaleava hasn’t lived up to the hype after transferring from Tennessee. So, the matchup is far from attractive for fans, both home and visiting, to make the trip.
That said, it is a chance for James Franklin and Co. to bounce back after its loss to Oregon, and everyone from OC Andy Kotelnicki to Drew Allar, from the offensive line to the running backs could use a positive showing.
