After a frightening fall cut his WWE RAW match short, Penta is finally speaking out—and he’s not backing down.
The “Last Time Is Now” tournament match between Penta and Solo Sikoa came to an abrupt end after Penta landed awkwardly on his shoulder following a hurricanrana off the barricade. The referee quickly waved off the contest, and WWE sent the show to commercial. Many fans feared the worst.
But now, Penta has issued an update through Twitter/X, reassuring fans that while the fall was serious, his spirit remains unshaken.
“Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me. This injury tested my body and spirit, but it also awakened the strength that has always guided me. I am a Mexican warrior, forged in struggle, honor, and heart. And though the fall was hard, I rose with a fire stronger than ever.”
He also had a message for Solo Sikoa, acknowledging the respect between them despite the physicality of the match.
“To my rival, my deepest respect. Thank you for your professionalism and for a clean, dignified battle. I recognize your dedication and honor. I will be back very soon, stronger, more prepared, and determined to finish what I left pending. Thank you for standing with me… because this war still has chapters to be written.”
According to earlier reports from Bryan Alvarez, Solo Sikoa was always scheduled to win the match regardless of the injury, so the outcome remained intact. Dave Meltzer added that he was initially shocked by the stoppage, believing Penta was going to advance, but later learned the plan had not changed. Penta’s update not only confirms he’s okay but sets the stage for a fiery return—and fans now have every reason to keep an eye on what comes next.
