Possible Spoiler on Identity of Masked Attacker on WWE RAW

by

The mystery surrounding WWE’s masked attacker just got a whole lot clearer — and it turns out there’s not one, but two superstars underneath the mask.

According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, the masked man who attacked LA Knight in the December 8 episode of Raw is believed to be none other than Montez Ford. While WWE has been deliberately using multiple performers to throw off viewers, this twist points to Ford stepping into the role — at least for now.

“There are actually two people portraying the mystery man. In particular, the one who appeared at the end of the show — that’s believed to be Montez Ford,” Alvarez said.

But Alvarez went even deeper, suggesting there may be more to Ford’s involvement than just playing body double for a storyline. This is due to the fact that Paul Heyman is a big fan of Montez Ford as well as Austin Theory, but that doesn’t mean they will necessarily end up joining the Vision.

“Paul Heyman is a really big fan of Montez. He’s also a really big fan of Austin Theory,” Alvarez added. “Whether that means Theory, Montez, one or the other, or both end up in The Vision — that’s still to be determined.”

This comes after we reported that WWE has been switching up the wrestler under the mask to prevent fans from cracking the mystery too early by analyzing physique, ring movement, or style.

The masked man has been making headlines since Survivor Series: WarGames, when he appeared out of nowhere and hit CM Punk with a brutal curb stomp — a nod to Seth Rollins’ signature move that sent fans speculating in a big way.

On RAW, the masked man appeared twice. The first time, he attacked Rey Mysterio. He then returned in the main event, attacking LA Knight and helping Logan Paul steal the win. Now, with Alvarez noting Montez Ford is under the hood alongside Theory, the mystery just got even more interesting.

While it’s not confirmed if Ford or Theory will officially be part of The Vision faction, Heyman’s interest in both men is real — and could play a big part in WWE’s next major storyline. WWE is keeping fans on their toes, and with multiple identities under the mask, the guessing game is far from over.
