The July 14 episode of WWE RAW went down in the Legacy Arena at the BJCC in Birmingham, Alabama. The night closed out with a big return of the Original Tribal Chief.
CM Punk won the gauntlet match during WWE RAW this week. That punched his ticket for a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match against GUNTHER at SummerSlam, but that wasn’t the end of the show.
After CM Punk’s big win, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed started beating him down. Jey Uso tried to help out, but they needed more firepower.
That is when Roman Reigns’ music hit and the OTC made his way out. Roman Reigns helped clear the ring as fans in Alabama went crazy. They chanted for Reigns, and his attention was glued to Paul Heyman and his new faction.
We will have to see how things turn out with SummerSlam coming up. The biggest party of the summer will take over MetLife Stadium on August 2 and 3. Obviously, the OTC will be factored into the card in some form or fashion.
