Saraya Seemingly Reacts to WWE Fan Sign Drama With Cryptic Post

by

WWE fans tried to show their love for Saraya—formerly known as Paige—on the October 17, 2025 episode of SmackDown, but it didn’t go the way they hoped.

A fan sitting front row held up a sign reading “Paige Come Home” only for WWE staff to step in and confiscate it before the night was over. The moment quickly spread across social media, and Saraya herself reacted by posting the sign to her Instagram Stories, writing: “You make my day. Thank you for showing so much love with these signs.” But less than 24 hours later, that post mysteriously vanished.

Almost at the same time, Saraya took to Twitter with a cryptic message. Her simple post read: “🤦 oop..”

The timing had fans connecting the dots, especially as most of the thread’s comments tied her tweet to WWE’s decision to remove the fan’s sign. Many saw it as her indirect way of addressing the situation while distancing herself from it at the same time.

While Saraya has been busy with her Rule Breakers podcast and outside projects since leaving AEW, fans haven’t stopped holding signs and calling for her return to WWE. Whether her cryptic reaction was frustration, amusement, or something in between remains unclear—but it certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Do you think Saraya’s deleted post and cryptic tweet were aimed at WWE’s sign removal, or was it just her brushing off the chatter? Drop your thoughts in the comments.
