Hooker (24-13 MMA, 14-9 UFC) had no answers for the overwhelming pressure of Tsarukyan (23-3 MMA, 10-2 UFC), who emerged victorious by second-round submission in the lightweight headliner at AHBA Arena in Doha, Qatar. It was one of his best wins inside the octagon, and just what was needed after a last-minute withdrawal against then-champ Islam Makhachev at UFC 311 in January.
