SEC announces kickoff time and network for Oklahoma vs. Missouri in Week 13

by

The Oklahoma Sooners got a massive victory in Week 12, taking down the Alabama Crimson Tide on the road by a final score of 23-21. Saturday’s two-point win improved OU’s overall record to 8-2 and their SEC record to 4-2 in 2025. One of the absolute highlight wins for the program under fourth-year head coach Brent Venables has the team in a good spot as far as the College Football Playoff is concerned.

Next up, OU will be back at home this week, taking on the Missouri Tigers. On Sunday, we got an official kickoff time and television channel for the second-to-last game of the regular season. OU-Mizzou will kick off at 11:00 a.m. CT. in Norman. The game will be broadcast on ABC.

The Sooners have yet to get a home primetime conference game this season, with the game against Auburn kicking off at 2:30 CT. and the game against Ole Miss also getting the 11:00 a.m. CT. treatment. The Sooners have had just one home game kick off later than 5:00 p.m. CT all year, with that being the Michigan game.

However, the Sooners have been a fixture on ABC this year, with now seven of 11 games in 2025 being played in front of a national television audience. That figure jumps to now six out of seven SEC games on ABC for the Sooners, with the South Carolina game being the only exception.

Missouri knocked off the Sooners last season in Columbia, and they won at home on Saturday against Mississippi State to improve to 7-3 overall and 3-3 in the SEC this year. While we’ll have to wait to see if the CFP committee will rank them in Tuesday’s third iteration of their rankings, the Tigers are ranked in both the new US LBM Coaches Poll at 21st, and in the latest Associated Press Poll at 23rd.
