It seems like all too common I’ve started out this post on Sunday frustrated by another Kentucky loss the day before.
But today, it’s different because we wake up today following a Kentucky victory.
It wasn’t pretty by any stretch of the imagination, and I’m not sure how much more optimistic fans are about the state of the program, but a win is a win and I’m glad to see it.

Kentucky’s defense came to play, holding Auburn to just three points and consistently making plays in the backfield in what may be Hugh Freeze’s last game at the helm.
The Tigers are 4-5, and 1-5 in SEC play. They’ve lost 5 of their last 6 after starting the season 3-0.
It certainly was a party last night for the Cats…
Stoops was certainly emotional after Kentucky sealed the win.
Some Auburn fans seemed happy at what will likely be the end of the Hugh Freeze era.
And these Auburn fans were none too happy…

The Kentucky fans who traveled to the game were treated to a nice reward.
Juice Johnson weighed in as well.
A win is a win, and those have been hard to come by in the SEC lately. So today, we celebrate and look ahead to Florida.
