The 6-foot-5, 180-pound prospect is originally from Montverde, Florida and now plays in the Overtime Elite league in Atlanta, Georgia. Tennessee small forward Amari Evans also played in Overtime Elite.

247Sports ranks Nesmith as the No. 5 small forward in the class and No. 1 player in Georgia.

Arizona State was the first school to offer him a scholarship on June 23, 2024. Other Power Four schools to offer Nesmith scholarships include USC, Washington and Rutgers.

Tennessee does not have a commitment in its 2027 basketball recruiting class.

The Vols have three commitments in their 2026 basketball recruiting class: small forward Ralph Scott, power forward Manny Green and point guard Marquis Clark.
