Tennessee is projected to play No. 13 Miami (10-2, 6-2 ACC) in the Gator Bowl on Dec. 27. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. EST at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida (ABC).

Tennessee leads the all-time football series against Miami, 2-1, dating to Jan. 1, 1985. The Vols won the 1985 Sugar Bowl, 35-7, against Miami in the first contest.
The Hurricanes won at Neyland Stadium, 26-3, on Nov. 9, 2002. Tennessee was also victorious, 10-6, at Miami on Nov. 8, 2003.
Tennessee has a 31-25 bowl game record in program history.
“The College Football Playoff Selection Show” is scheduled for Sunday at noon EST (ESPN). Bowl games will be determined after the 12-team College Football Playoff is announced.
