TNA iMPACT Match Results, Highlights and Key Moments for September 4, 2025

Tonight’s TNA iMPACT, airing September 4, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The show sees TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) and Mara Sadè take on Order 4 (Jason Hotch, John Skyler and Tasha Steelz) in a 6-Person Mixed Tag Team Match. Plus, The Nemeths (“The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth and “The Hollywood Hunk” Ryan Nemeth) will face The System (Eddie Edwards and “The Most Professional Wrestler” Brian Myers) in a Tag Team Match.

TNA iMPACT Results (9/4/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcoming us as TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring.

Marella starts off by thanking the fan in attendance. Marella then says he has to address the events from last week. Marella then says Trick Williams pisses him off, but he has got to do his job as the TNA Director of Authority. Marella then proceeds to make the TNA World Championship Match official for Bound For Glory.

Mike Santana’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. The crowd then chants for Santana. Santana then hypes up his upcoming TNA World Championship Match against Trick Williams. The crowd then begins to chant “new champ” towards Santana. Santana says the world will be watching on October 12 as that will the day he brings the TNA World Championship back to TNA, for his daughter and for his family. Santana then mocks Trick Williams for not defending his title and calls it a “b***h move.” Santana then says if Trick doesn’t show up in the iMPACT! Zone, he may have to show up in Trick’s home turf of NXT to find him.

We then head to the back, where Gia Miller is with Mara Sadè and The Hardys. Miller asks Sadè about the assault at the hands of Agent Zero last week on TNA iMPACT. Sadè says she was down last week, but it’s time to bring the fight to Order 4. Matt Hardy then says Order 4 made things personal when they assaulted Sadè. He then asks Agent Zero if they called him Zero because of his “zero manhood.” Jeff then says he and Sadè share the same creative fire and tonight they’ll shut Order 4 up.

We then head to another backstage area, where Mike Santana is gets interrupted by Moose. Moose says he has wrestled both Santana and Trick Williams. Moose then tells Santana he’s got to bring the TNA World Championship back to the company. AJ Francis then shows up and he is on a phone with Trick Williams, telling him about Santino’s announcement. Moose then calls out Francis for being Trick Williams’ “b***h.” Francis then says Moose’s first day in TNA was Francis’ first day in the the NFL because Moose knew he couldn’t make it in the league. He then tells Santana he and Santino will be hearing from Trick’s lawyers. Santana then tells Moose to beat AJ when they meet next week.

Ryan Nemeth then makes his way down to the ring. Nemeth hypes up his big brother Nic Nemeth’s return to TNA iMPACT later tonight. Matt Cardona then interrupts and tells Ryan Nemeth he is a match coming up and that nobody cares about Ryan’s announcement. Ryan then says Cardona is jealous because he has no big brother. Cardona then says Nic Nemeth sucks. Ryan then attempts to hit Cardona, who takes him out with a mic to the head before Frankie Kazarian appears for his scheduled match against Cardona.

Singles Match: “The Complete” Matt Cardona vs. “The King Of TNA” Frankie Kazarian

The match starts off with both men locking up and spilling out to the floor. Kazarian then uses Ryan Nemeth as a human shield. Nemeth then tries to keep Cardona from getting back in the ring and Cardona sends him into the ring barricade. The distraction then allows Kazarian to take control. Kazarian then sends Cardona head first into the ringpost. Cardona then teases getting counted out and barely beats the count. Kazarian then cinches in a chinlock. Cardona and Kazarian then collide three times, hitting each other with crossbodies, clotheslines and big boots. Cardona then starts to mount a comeback.

Kazarian then ducks to the floor to avoid the reboot, but Cardona catches him anyway. Ryan Nemeth then pops up to distract Cardona again and Kazarian hits him with a slingshot cutter for a near fall. Cardona then goes for the Unprettier, but Kazarian evades it. Cardona then hits a spinebuster for a two count. Ryan Nemeth then jumps up on the apron again and this time Cardona brings him into the ring and hits him with the Radio Silence. Cardona has his back turned to Kazarian and Kazarian hits him with the Fade to Black for the win.

The winner of the Singles Match, “The King Of TNA” Frankie Kazarian!

After the match, Kazarian gets out of the ring to celebrate his victory. Gia Miller is at ringside to get some post-match comments. Miller asks Kazarian if he thought he needed outside help to secure a win. Kazarian then takes the mic from her hand and tells Gia she sucks at her job. Kazarian then puts himself over after the win. Kazarian then says he’s made it clear he wants a shot at the TNA International Championship. Kazarian then mocks Steve Maclin before the TNA International Champion shows up for a confrontation.

We then see highlights of The IInspiration’s win from last week. We then head to the back, where The IInspiration cuts a promo. Jessie McKay says they’re one step closer to the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship. Cassie Lee then says they’ll be keeping a close eye on tonight’s Knockouts World Title celebration.

We then see highlights from WWE NXT Heatwave of Ash By Elegance winning the TNA Knockouts World Championship. The Personal Concierge and The Elegance Brand are in the ring. The Personal Concierge then tells the crowd to get on their feet and welcome the new TNA Knockouts World Champion Ash by Elegance. Ash then arrives, glittered in gold, holding the TNA Knockouts World Title. The Personal Concierge then shouts, “all hail Ms. Ash by Elegance.” He then unveils the first gift and it is an artwork by an extended family member of Picasso. He then unveils a painting of Ash by Elegance, complete with the crown and the Knockouts World Championship.

Ash then takes the mic. She starts off by thanking everyone before putting herself over as the savior of TNA. Ash then says TNA needed saving so she walked into WWE NXT Heatwave and took the TNA Knockouts World Championship from Jacy Jayne. She then says not even Masha Slamovich could accomplish the job. Masha’s music then hits and she makes her way out. Masha tells the Elegance Brand to stop their act. Masha then says she has some breaking news to deliver. Masha then says it will be herself vs. Ash for the Knockouts World Championship at TNA Victory Road. Masha then gets in the ring and takes out Heather and M by Elegance. She then tries to get her hands on Ash, but Ash blinds Masha by throwing the Elegance champagne in her eyes.

The Elegance Brand then gangs up on Masha, but Léi Yǐng Lee and Xia Brookside make their way out to make the save. The IInspiration’s music then hits and they appear to stack up the odds against The Elegance Brand. Ash and The Elegance Brand then escape the ring, but the painting gets destroyed at the hands of the babyfaces to cap off the segment.

We then get an injury report presented by BioFlex, where it is announced that JDC is still out with a head injury. It is also announced that Mara Sadé has been cleared after getting clotheslined by Agent Zero, Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz have both been cleared of injury and Trick Williams shows no signs of injury.

We then get a vignette of Mustafa Ali addressing the citizens of TNA iMPACT. Ali says anyone who dares to oppose Order 4 will be taken out. He then proceeds to address Order 4’s feud with The System. Ali then says there’s no middle ground as either you stand with Order 4 or fall with The System.

We then get the entrances for the next match of the night.

TNA Knockouts World Championship #1 Contender’s 3-Way Match: Indi Hartwell vs. Jody Threat vs. Dani Luna

The match starts off with all three women going after one another. Threat then hits both Hartwell and Luna with a tope to the floor. Back in the ring, Hartwell nails Threat with a boot. Hartwell then goes to the top, but Luna pushes her off the ropes. Luna then hits a modified fallaway slam for a near fall. Hartwell then tries to get back into the match, but Luna hits her with a Northern Lights suplex.

Luna then clotheslines Threat to the floor and Hartwell mounts a comeback against Luna. Luna then comes off the top with an elbow, but Threat breaks up a pin attempt. Hartwell then uses Luna’s hand to backhand Threat. Hartwell and Threat then fights to the apron. Threat then hits Luna with a somersault on the floor. Threat then goes to the top for a move that she misses and they look confused for a minute before Luna and Threat start exchanging small package attempts. Hartwell then catches Threat with a sunset flip pinning combination for the win.

The winner of the TNA Knockouts World Championship #1 Contender’s 3-Way Match, Indi Hartwell!

After the match, Dani Luna attacks Indi Hartwell. Jody Threat then tries to stop Luna, but gets taken out with a stiff forearm. The crowd then boos as Dani Luna stands tall to end the segment.

Joe Hendry’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Hendry then takes in the adulation of the fans. Hendry then puts over the Minneapolis crowd. Hendry then says he can appear anywhere and anytime. Hendry then references his win over The Miz from WWE’s recent tour of Europe. Hendry then thanks the fan on behalf of everyone in the back. The crowd then chants “we believe.” Hendry then says it’s one of the biggest privilege to compete for the fans. Hendry then calls out Eric Young for his backstage assault from last week’s TNA iMPACT. Hendry then tells Young to get in the ring and face him.

Eric Young and The Northern Armory then appear. Young then tells the production to cut his music. Young then mocks Hendry for his entrance. The crowd then starts to chant “we believe” and that pisses off Eric Young. Young then says he’s willing to do everything it takes to make sure “the cleanse” happens with Joe Hendry as the first victim. Hendry then tells Young he sounds like a conspiracy theorist, but he’s here to state facts. Hendry then tells Young to face him in a match right now. Young then says the match will happen on his terms next week. The segment then ends with Hendry standing tall in the ring.

We then head to the back, where Leon Slater is with Santino Marella and Marella says both Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz are cleared. Slater then says let’s show what the X-Division Championship is all about.

Trick Williams then cuts a promo and says he doesn’t owe TNA anything. Williams then says he already gave the company their highest attendance in history. Williams then says he is not showing up to TNA any time soon.

We then get the entrances of the main event of the night.

6-Person Mixed Tag Team Match: TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) and Mara Sadè vs. Order 4 (Jason Hotch, John Skyler and Tasha Steelz)

The match starts off with all six competitors going after one another and brawling. Jeff, Matt and Sadé then hits a triple DDT on their opponents. Sadé and Steelz then square off and Steelz avoids a knee drop, then sends Sadé to the floor. Back in the ring, Sadé hits Steelz with an enziguiri. Matt and Hotch then enters the ring and Matt drives Hotch’s head into all the turnbuckles. Matt then hits a chop off the middle rope and calls for the Twist of Fate. Agent Zero then pulls Matt to the floor. The referee then ejects Agent Zero. Hotch then hits Matt with a tope on the floor.

Back in the ring, the heels take over. Matt then hits Skyler with a side effect and tags are made to Sadé and Steelz. Sadé then hit a powerslam for a near fall. Sadé then goes to run the ropes, but Hotch pulls her down by the hair and Steelz takes control. Steelz then hits a series of elbows for a near fall. Skyler then cradles Jeff for a near fall. Skyler is then hit with the Poetry in Motion, a Side Effect and a splash off the middle ropes from Jeff for a near fall. Jeff then works over Skyler with a side headlock. Hotch then tries to help, but Jeff takes them both out with Whisper in the Wind and gets a near fall on both of them at once.

Matt then hits Hotch with a modified Side Effect, but eats a slingshot spear from Skyler. With all the men out of the match, Steelz and Sadé takes over. Sadé then hits the Finish Her, but Skyler grabs Sadé to give her the Great Hands finisher. Matt Hardy then breaks that up and hits Skyler with the Twist of Fate. Sadé then hit a moonsault and Jeff Hardy hits the Swanton for the win.

After the match, The Nemeths jump the Hardys and takes them out with the Danger Zone finisher. Sadé then gets in their faces and Nic Nemeth superkicks her. The Nemeths then hold up the TNA World Tag Team Titles as the show comes to a close.
