Tennessee basketball coach Rick Barnes said Troy Henderson should be available when the Vols play Auburn.
“He’s coming back today,” Barnes said before practice on Jan. 30. “As far as the game Tuesday, he just felt like he needed a couple more days, but based on what I’ve been told, he’s back today.”

Tennessee (14-6, 4-3 SEC) hosts the Tigers (14-7, 5-3) at Food City Center on Jan. 31 (8:30 p.m. EST, ESPN).
Henderson was day-to-day with a left shoulder injury he sustained in practice. The freshman guard has missed Tennessee’s two-game road trip.
Henderson is averaging 2.5 points and 1.6 assists off the bench for Tennessee, but Barnes liked what he saw from him leading up to the injury.
“We have confidence in Troy, and he was moving in the right direction,” he said.
The Vols earned two huge road conference wins, taking down No. 22 Alabama and Georgia in overtime.
